VISION OF THE MINISTRY

“Empowering Today’s Youth To Be Tomorrow’s Future”

The vision of this ministry was birthed from the scripture:  “Train up a child in the way he should go:  and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Pr. 22:6) 

This ministry envisions every child of God equipped with the necessary training and tools needed to walk in the chosen destiny God has purposed for everyone of His children. We foresee a setting of youth who are nourished in every facet of their lives, including but not limited to spirituality, academics, mannerism, self-image, and recreation.

PURPOSE OF THE MINISTRY

The purpose of this ministry stems from the fact that many of our children within the church and the community are malnourished due to the lack of leadership, positive role models and low self-image.  Because of this deficiency, our children have lost their identity and it is our responsibility to remind our children who they are and whose they are,………… ‘a royal priesthood, a peculiar people (I Peter 2:9)’.  We believe that children still need sound biblical guidance.  It is also a fact that many community based children feel that no one is concerned for their well-being and that they can do just enough to get by.  It is the desire of this ministry to inform the children that we indeed are concerned about their academics; ‘just getting by’ is not good enough. They must raise their standards.  Realizing that we are in the last days and that “our adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour (I Peter 5:8)”, we believe that it is our purpose/duty to provide the children with fundamental availability to recreational resources.  It is our belief that children also need to have godly mannerisms.

Our purpose is to provide a climate where children can simply be children and operate in the fullness of God’s intentions for every child’s life as He said, “…Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: or of such is the kingdom of God (Mark 10:14).”

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is:

To model and be an example of the Christians who walk in their purpose; to give instructions through classes, seminars, conferences, etc. that cater to every aspect of a child’s life; to effectively communicate with youth in the church and our community; provide availability to impartial resources and tools needed to be purpose filled children of God.
