Mission of the Ministry

“Jesus saith unto him, “Feed my sheep.”
St. John 21:17d

Our mission is birthed out of the spiritual precept that “God will supply all our needs according to His riches in Glory.” In order to do this, we must gather people with willing minds, maintain an awareness of community needs; store adequate supplies to meet their needs; and alert the people that help is available.

“Feed The Flock Of God Which Is Among You.”
1 Peter 5:2

Vision of the Ministry

“Restoring the Community One Neighborhood at a Time”

The vision of the ministry is to meet the needs of the people in the community through Community Outreach.  We endeavor to be that hand that God uses that supplies the Word of God, spiritual comfort, clothing, and food for anyone that stands in need. Our vision is to reach out to all the community, young and old, big and small, short or tall with there being no barriers to one’s age or race.

“Give To Him That Asketh Thee, And From Him
That Would Borrow Of Thee Turn Not Thou Away.”
(Matthew 5:42)

Purpose of the Ministry

Our purpose is to make certain that every person in the neighbor-hood is made aware that there is help available through the ministry.  The commandment given to us by our Master and Savior propels us to ‘give’.  Even before ‘and it shall be given unto you’, Jesus wants us to give.

Many people are famished in our community and when they need help, they seek each other and not the church.  Often times the church sells to the very people who are in the most need.  Our focus is the ‘give until it hurts’ thusly enabling this ministry to ‘give and not take’.  We believe there can be ministry supplies needs for the community through community dinners, clothes giveaways, food giveaways, soul winning, etc. If there is a need in the community, this ministry endeavors to be prepared to ‘give a helping hand’.

Jesus said, “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me.”   Matthew 25:40
