MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is:

To utilize available advertisement resources, to ensure that the community as well as area churches are aware of the functions at and surrounding the Pages of Life Christian Worship Centre (POLCWC); to invite individuals to fellowship with us, and; to act as a intermediary between the church and the community.

VISION OF THE MINISTRY

“Becoming the Liaison Between the Church and the Community”

This ministry envisions a group of people who is aware of our churches events. We foresee this ministry as being the mediator between the church and community. Through local newspapers, television broadcast, radio broadcast, this ministry will ensure that the community as well as area churches are provided ample information concerning the upcoming events and activities of our church.

PURPOSE OF THE MINISTRY

The purpose of this ministry is derived from the observance that the church and the community are alienated one from another.  Through this ministry, it is our intent to act as the go between for the church and the community and to repair the breach in reconciling the community with the church.  The scripture states in Psalms 133:1, “…How pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity”; therefore, this ministry will provide individuals (both believers and non-believers), the community and area churches with many opportunities to come and fellowship with us in unity. 

 Because of the division between church and community, non-believers may feel that they are not invited to most church functions. As a liaison, we will make sure that individuals know that they are indeed welcomed to come and fellowship with this ministry in spite of their faith, creed, race, or beliefs.  It is our objective that, through the use of television, radio, and local newspapers, the community is well informed of all our church activities.
