Ministry Goals

• Every visitor is greeted with a  smile and kind words
• Every visitor receives at least one correspondence the week of their initial visit with us
• Each visitor receives monthly  a correspondence
• Recognize the academic accomplishments of our youth each semester and the end of the school term
• Provide yearly scholarships
• Recognize birthdays and anniversaries monthly 

Vision of the Ministry

This ministry visualizes a people who greet our members as well as our visitors as they enter onto the church grounds and enter into the sanctuary.    We also see a people will cater to the physical needs of the visitors to ensure that their worship experience is one that they will encourage them to come again and one that will make them fill loved and welcomed.  Recognizing impor-tant dates such as birthdays and anniversaries of our members as well as our visitors is an objective for this ministry.  We envision a setting of people who also recognizes the academic accomplishments of the youth at POLCWC.  We foresee families that are assisted with the cost of higher education by way of presenting scholarships to those youth who active participate within the ministry and have graduated high school.
